RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Items may be returned to CEBICHE within 15 days from the date you receive the merchandise for an exchange if size is incorrect. We will not accept exchanges after 15 days you received it. The merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received, be unused and with the original hang tags, labels and hygienic protectors in place. CEBICHE will not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged, washed or worn. Swimwear received in this condition will be returned to you.
Refunds are not given unless items are faulty and a replacemnt can not take place. Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date will be credited to your PayPal or credit card account. All refunds will exclude shipping costs except in the unlikely event that the merchandise is defective or damaged due to manufacturing; in which case, it will be replaced at no cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed, you must contact CEBICHE by email or phone. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, provided it has not yet been shipped.
